Laser scanning of the Längden lighthouse in Finland

In cooperation with Finnish company VRT Finland, the Längden lighthouse was surveyed on an island near Hanko. The aim of the work was to obtain source material for the renovation of the lighthouse.

A Leica ScanStation P20 laser scanner was used to measure the inside and outside of the lighthouse and the area around the lighthouse. The survey resulted in a point cloud that reflected the outlines of the building and the interior spaces.

In cooperation with VRT Finland OY, we have laser-scanned sites such as docks, lighthouses, locks, pump stations and bridges.
